Sixth Form

Welcome to Highbury Fields School Sixth Form. With an 'Outstanding' rating in our most recent Ofsted inspection, our students develop independence, resilience and curiosity inside and outside the classroom. We are very proud that our A-level and BTEC results for 2025 placed Highbury Fields in the top 10% of schools in the country.

Our academic curriculum supports students in achieving A-level and BTEC qualifications that unlock opportunities beyond Sixth Form life, including university offers and apprenticeship schemes. Our dedicated Sixth Form Centre offers independent study areas and beautiful outside spaces for students to relax or study in during the summer term.

Through wider-curriculum activities, we encourage students to explore their subjects beyond the course content, and pursue their passions - from starting a school STEM club to supporting local charities.

From the moment students join us in Year 12, our Sixth Form team supports them through university applications, personal statements and day-to-day challenges, whether at home or at school. It is these staff-student relationships, combined with great teaching and our specialist curriculum, that characterise our school and Sixth Form. The courses we offer are specifically chosen to enable students to access some of the country’s most prestigious universities and opportunities. By the time they finish Year 13, our Sixth Formers leave with the broadest of horizons, determined and ready to take their place in the world.
