Year 8 Parents Evening

Dear Parents and Carers,

Re: Year 8 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 15^th January 2026, 4.30pm -7.00pm

I am writing to inform you that the Year 8 parent consultation evening is on Thursday 15^th January 2026, from 4.30pm to 7.00pm. During the evening parents and carers will be able to talk to their daughter’s subject teachers to discuss her strengths and areas for improvement in each of her subjects.

The Year 8 parent consultation evening will take place in the following way:

• Parents will receive their daughter’s autumn term, Knowledge and Skills Report which will include progress, behaviour and comments about her strengths and areas for improvements in each of her subjects.

• Parents will be provided with a list of the rooms where subject teachers will be based for your meetings.

This year you will be able to make appointments to meet with your daughter’s teachers, via the Arbor App. Bookings will open on Monday, 5^th January 2026 at 9.00am.

It is highly recommended that all Year 8 parents and students attend the parent’s consultation evening and as it is a formal occasion, students are expected to wear full school uniform.
