Year 7 Parents Evening

Dear Parents and Carers,

Re: Year 7 Parents’ evening – Thursday 13^th November 2025, 4.30pm -7.00pm

I am writing to inform you that the Year 7 parent consultation evening is on Thursday 13^th November 2025, from 4.30pm to 7.00pm. During the evening parents and carers will be able to talk to their daughter’s subject teachers to discuss her strengths and areas for improvement in each of her subjects.                                                                                                                

The Year 7 parent consultation evening will take place in the following way:

• Parents will receive their daughter’s autumn term, Knowledge and Skills Report which will include progress, behaviour and comments about her strengths and areas for improvements in each of her subjects.

• Your daughter will be expected to book appointments with all her subject teachers between 4.30pm and 7.00pm in advance of Thursday 13^th November. 

• Your daughter should use the appointment record sheet on page 76 of the student planner to record the times and names of each teacher.

• On arrival, parents will be provided with a list of the rooms where subject teachers will be based for your meetings.

It is highly recommended that all Year 7 parents and students attend the parents consultation evening and as it is a formal occasion, students are expected to wear full school uniform.
