We are very proud that in 2013, all Year 13 students who wished to go to university are now studying as undergraduates at some of the best institutions in the country.
Over 33% of students in Year 13 achieved offers from the prestigious “Russell Group” of universities; a group of twenty-four of the country’s leading universities, which includes Oxford, Cambridge, and UCL. Our Sixth Form team provides all students with individual support with their UCAS applications.
Throughout Year 12, students attend a series of lectures and university visits to help inform their course choices. At the end of Year 12 students complete a three day UCAS course, where they are supported in researching potential university choices and writing their personal statements.
During the first half term of Year 13, each student will receive a series of tutorials with the Academic Learning Mentor to ensure that UCAS applications are correct before being submitted.
